1) Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
2) Shipping Times
- United States: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are based on business days and may vary slightly depending on your exact location and local postal services.
3) Shipping Regions
You can view the available shipping destinations at checkout. If your country or region does not appear as a shipping option during checkout, this means that we currently do not ship to that location.
4) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and order weight. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on our store and applied automatically when eligible.
5) Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery.
- Contact the local carrier for assistance.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We cannot influence customs processing times or additional fees once your order reaches your country.
7) Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order (additional postage may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping costs.
8) Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@breathlethics.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Returns
We want you to love your Breathlethics products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
9) Return Window & Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories). To start a return, contact support@breathlethics.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
10) Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used wellness products
- Worn, washed, or altered apparel
- Accessories removed from sealed packaging
- Gift cards and final-sale items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us right away — we’ll resolve it for you.
11) Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or variation, contact us before sending it back. We’ll confirm stock availability and provide further instructions. Sometimes the quickest solution is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
12) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@breathlethics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
13) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, additional processing time may apply.
14) Return Shipping Costs
Unless your product is defective or we made a shipping error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
15) Lost or Stolen Returns
For your protection, please use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt when returning items. We cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
