Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@breathlethics.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as opened or used wellness products, apparel worn for training, or accessories that have been removed from sealed packaging. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please contact us before sending it back so we can ensure availability.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
